Our offering is based on the perfect balance between tradition and innovation. Our menu ranges from iconic dishes of Peruvian Creole cuisine, steeped in history and flavor, to Nikkei creations, where the freshness of the sea and Japanese techniques meet the intense flavors of Peru. Our signature ceviches range from the classic to reinvented options like the Awki ceviche, featuring finely cut fish, Peruvian chilies, and a touch of umami that makes it unparalleled.

But what truly sets us apart is our pisco. We are the only Peruvian restaurant in Madrid with our own vineyard in Ica, Peru, where we handcraft our own pisco. This allows us to offer a unique cocktail menu, combining classics like the pisco sour with signature creations designed to highlight the nuances of our signature spirit.
